The Eastern Etiquette School
Services: Brule Strategy Session / Business Development and Brand Anatomy Map Program
The Eastern School of Etiquette was providing home based etiquette protocol classes for children ranging in age between 7 and 12 years old. In addition to teaching hands on dinning classes, poise and posture and other protocol classes, Valerie also conducted a few debutante programs for high school girls. After becoming frustrated with the inconsistencies she experienced in business, going from 1 – 5 clients here and there, Valerie felt that she wanted to do more with her business, she wanted to generate more revenue and she wanted to begin developing a truly viable business.
Valerie retained ESG to assist her with developing The Eastern School of Etiquette as a viable and profitable business that she could be proud of with the potential of building brand recognition along the North East Coast. ESG was honored to begin establishing the foundation for a scalable, reputable, and innovative brand and business for The Eastern School of Etiquette.
Upon completing the Brule Strategy Session, it was discovered that Valerie was extremely passionate for girls and educating young females on strong personal leadership, and character development. ESG worked with Valerie to innovate her service offerings by filling in the gap for the need of professional personal branding, civility training and leadership development for young females by developing a 3 Selfs Philosophy which focuses on Self Respect, Self Control and Self Worth. This philosophy was then created into a curriculum which feeds 3 signature Eastern School of Etiquette Programs, “Moral Gems Refinery”, Moral Gems and Social Graces Academy and a spin off program, “Girls Who Glow”. In addition, ESG assisted Valerie with innovating her protocol classes in order to make them modern, engaging and more appealing to today’s youth.
Today The Eastern School of Etiquette is truly a reflection of Valerie’s passion and gifting. Valerie went from occasionally teaching classes in her in home studio, to teaching her curriculum in 2 local school districts, churches, and organizations such as Adventist Health Care System. Valerie never thought she would be able to write her own curriculum, however with the help from ESG Valerie is has not only tripled her income within a year, but she is now creating multiple programs, journals, workbooks in order to empower and equip girls for personal and social success.
