After multiple years of growth in multiple locations, Dr. Frank Vaught of the Health on Earth Wellness Center realized his dire need to generate more leads but was not sure how or if it was possible.
During a discovery call with Dr. Vaught ERG determined that the Health on Earth Wellness Center lacked a strategy for conveying their unique value proposition (that which makes the center unique in comparison to other wellness centers in the community).
Once we defined and packaged the center's unique value proposition, we moved to increase his local awareness through an online-digital marketing campaign, an email marketing campaign and the development of a sales funnel.
ERG was able to increase the center's engagement and visibility which ultimately led to generating an average of 60 leads per month- with over 30 new appointments. This strategy not only increased the center's revenue but due to our efforts of developing methods to increase the perception of the center's overall value, the center also experienced an increase in client satisfaction.
Lastly, ERG trained the staff to ensure a five minute leads follow up upon receiving completed online forms. This training empowered the Health on Earth Wellness Center's team to build rapport and increased the likelihood of the leads attending their appointments and becoming long term patients.
